Common questions
Is this a real store?
It's SiFly's sandbox store. The characters and places are invented, but payments are real charges of a few dollars. Please only buy or book if you're testing for SiFly.
What's the difference between a lesson and a rental?
A Coyote Crash Course is a 90-minute guided lesson with an instructor. Road Runner Rocket Hour is a one-hour board rental with no instructor. Tasmanian Tours are multi-day rentals of 2 to 14 days.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Mesa Flats sessions close 12 hours before the start. Toontown Harbor lessons need a week's notice. The Looney Launch Party can be booked up to its start time.
What is the $5 damage hold?
Multi-day rentals place a $5 hold on your card at pickup. It is released when the board comes back undamaged.
Do you charge sales tax?
Guided lessons are tax-exempt. Rentals and the Launch Party are taxed at the lake's rate: 7.55% at Mesa Flats in Utah and 9.9% at Toontown Harbor in Arizona. Shop orders carry Utah's 7.55%.
Can I cancel?
Cancel at least 72 hours before a lesson, rental hour or multi-day rental for a full refund. The booking page shows the policy for each item before you pay.
Can I pay by Zelle or check?
The options appear at checkout so SiFly can test them, but the instructions are for testing only. Do not send money by Zelle or post a check.
Where do I pick up a multi-day rental?
Tasmanian Tour boards for Mesa Flats are collected from the Canyon shop in Park City. The Toontown Harbor tour is collected at the harbor in Page, Arizona.
